A long-term Danville resident, Scott is a 1981 Boyle County High School graduate and a Marketing graduate of the University of Kentucky.  Scott joined Johnson & Pohlmann in 1992 after more than five years of commercial lines underwriting experience with a major national and leading regional firm.  Active in community service, Scott has served as an officer or on the boards of Pioneer Vocational Industrial Services, the Salvation Army, Heart of Danville, Young Agents of Kentucky, Kiwanis and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.  Scott is married to Pamela Burks.  The couple have two children, Tanner and Alexa.
