Ms. Lucas, who attended Eastern Kentucky University, brings a diverse background to her work at Johnson & Pohlmann. Licensed as a General Lines Insurance Agent in 1983, she has worked in the industry for more than a decade. Prior to entering the insurance field, Ms. Lucas served as a secretary for the 1976 General Assembly in the Kentucky House of Representatives. At Johnson & Pohlmann Ms. Lucas is the Claims Manager. She is active in community affairs and has served as the President of Gideons International Auxiliary in the Casey County Camp in Liberty. She is a member and Sunday school teacher at the Middleburg Baptist Church. She and husband Curtis Lucas have one daughter, Ashley Linn York.
