Ms. Bailey is a native of Danville.  She attended Cumberland College in Business Administration.  She then embarked on a career with AT&T as a project manager.  Twenty five years and several states later she moved back to Kentucky.  She is now working on her second career at Johnson & Pohlmann as a personal lines agent.  She and her husband Jimmy live in Lincoln County.
